Mom Socks

My husband just asked... "So are you sure your mom doesn't read your blog??"

*laughs* I'm about 99 percent sure that she does not, even though I've sent her various blog links in the past.

So I think I'm safe to post pictures of some yummy socks that I knit up for her birthday next week. I set her up with sock knitting paraphernalia for Mother's day, but I don't think she's quite caught the bug. As far as I know, she still only has one cuff done ;)

I loved my first knit with Alpaca Sox. It's soft and squishy, with a slight halo. There is also superwash merino and nylon in the blend, so hopefully it will wear well.

Now I can dive back into my ecowool sweater, I'm on to the sleeves now.
